Tosh founded East West in 2014. Being in the industry for 20+ Years Tosh has superior experience in virtually every possible segment of the Home Improvement industry. Tosh was originally born in Turkey before making his move to the USA and successfully working his way through the American Dream. Above all Tosh is a family man and a proud husband and father of 3 children, he has a heart of gold, truly one of the most decent human beings you can find in modern times.
OKAN KAZDAL
Service Manager
Okan joined his father Tosh on the East West Journey in 2019 when the pandemic skyrocketed the home improvement industry to unimaginable levels. Tosh trusted that his son would be able to assist him with handling the high end service clientelle he often took care of. Since 2019 Okan has been managing any and all service inquiries, all it takes is a 5 minute conversation with him to realize there is no better candidate to service and immaculately maintain your pools. Okan is very invested in direct customer relationships, and there is rarely a time he is unavailable to assist you. He believes superior customer service is the key, and will always be the answer.
SALIH SEFA ISSI
Project Manager
Salih stepped onto the East West Team most recently in 2022. He prefers to be called by his middle name "Sefa".

Since the moment he came aboard the team, Sefa has been an absolute rockstar in the management of our projects. From Renovations, to new installations, to administrative responsibilities, Sefa has proven himself to be the best of the best. If you ever have the pleasure of meeting and/or working with him, You can rest easy knowing one of the most brilliant individuals in the industry is taking care of your project. East West wouldn't be the same without him!
